Group therapy is for anyone seeking connection and growth — no previous therapy experience required. It’s especially helpful if you:

 

  • Are looking for cost-effective therapeutic support;

  • Want to explore topics like self-worth, boundaries, identity, anxiety, or life transitions;

  • Thrive in community and learn best through conversation and reflection.

What to Expect?​

  • Small groups (4–5 participants) led by a skilled, compassionate therapists

  • Weekly (60 Minute Sessions)

  • A trauma-informed, inclusive, and respectful environment

  • Groups thoughtfully matched by theme or shared experience.
